What was interesting is even when I couldn't access any part of my LJ via any of my normal devices or conduits, I could see it as an anonymous person from a different IP address; and also my posts to Dreamwidth cross posted normally, so it seems confusing.
Anyway, I may have over-reacted or put the blame in the wrong place. If so, I shall have to apologise to Uncle Vlad and his dedicated helpers for assuming they were so thin-skinned as to react to my microscopically gadfly-like qualities.
