Now on balance, I'm for the bailout, but this particular clause gives me pause for thought:
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.
I know I'm parroting everyone else, but this one needs changing. Pass a redrafted bill by all means, but don't pass that clause. Warren Buffet reckons the Administration could even end up in profit: especially when the $700m should buy some equity in the banks being bailed out.
Oh, but that's not in the bill, is it?

Oh well.....more of the same, no doubt.

On another note, I did feel that Obama had blown it last night: but upon reflection, I feel he's right not to put aside campaigning.
