I love this:

The White House will tell you what information we're trying to gather, and anything else, just won't do.

This is a farce. If Cheney wants to bomb Iran, just let him: after all, he won't be happy until he has.
But he should realise, he'll be doing it on his own.

And when China and Russia want his ass, I hope the next administration will hand it to them on a plate.

Isn't it about time there was some 'personal responsibility' for some of these actions?

At least he's consistent

He was using exactly the same method to justify the invasion of Iraq. Remember Hans Blix and the UN Weapons Inspectors ? They said there wasn't any WMD, Bush and Cheney ordered them out and ordered the troops into Iraq on the word of Chalabi (a known cheat and liar) and his crooked cousin who said there was. And after the death of 200,000 or so iraqi civilians, guess what - there wasn't any WMD. Why does anybody think they were telling the truth about New York ?
