Nicely worded missive to Southwark Council's parking/traffic dept is on its way. Polite, but nevertheless asking for an explanation as to why they issued this Penalty Notice. However, the first letter is from me, not the solicitor's office (though Madame did give it the once-over).
What happened to the jacket? (A very bad Latin/English pun springs to mind.)
