SEC, eh? I had to read through their legal code and more importantly understand it at my last job. Issues to do with the SEC came up monthly - and we were constantly analyzed.
Now ... I can see where those charges are coming from. Goldman-Sachs is SCREWED! (as they've been also implicated in the Greek crash - amongst probably others - that's good for us, bad for them - I suspect)
