May. 16th, 2008 05:56 pmAs a follow-on to my last post, Einstein's letter sold for a whopping £170,000. Dawkins was beaten in the auction. There could be ironies yet to come when we find out the name of the purchaser.
Away to Cambridge for the weekend.
I've done no practice in ages; not even maintenance. Blast, bugger, and dammit.
However, I'm remembering other pursuits: which is nice. It's also nice to know that I've retained a vestige of physical fitness as there is a treasure hunt on Sunday. Outdoors. Probably in the rain. Such bliss, my dears, such bliss.
