On another note, I did feel that Obama had blown it last night: but upon reflection, I feel he's right not to put aside campaigning.
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.I know I'm parroting everyone else, but this one needs changing. Pass a redrafted bill by all means, but don't pass that clause. Warren Buffet reckons the Administration could even end up in profit: especially when the $700m should buy some equity in the banks being bailed out.
