(no subject)
Sep. 1st, 2009 10:11 amBack from Edinburgh. Saw some stuff. Laughed, drank, ate smoked....you know the sort of thing: and walked into the centre from Leith about twice a day. Feeling much fitter.
Am having rather too much of a life to post either consistantly or coherently. My excuse, anyway.
The Wife is on holiday from work, which means she rings in to instruct folk in the morning. We are off to give Hampton Court the once-over (not that we're quite in the market for that sort of property). I remember loving Hampton Court as a small child. The mother occasionally took the Kid Bro' and myself there during the Summer hols. Madame though, never visited the place, even as a child; and so it is terra incognito, if that's the phrase, to her. Advantage Ninefingers. The Maze sould be fun then.
And Hampton Court seems perfectly free of dragons tempting folk with amusement of a kind, but an amusement which may be not-quite-perfectly-honourable to watch. Never mind: I was always Tristan (damn, I used the Wagnerian version) not Galahad.
Laters....as they say.
