Isn't it great….
Oct. 13th, 2011 11:23 am….That you can always trust NewsCorp to push the boundaries of what is acceptable:

There used to be companies who would proudly proclaim they were at the forefront of technological innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
NewsCorp could justifiably describe themselves as being at the vanguard of business where that business intersects with law: they are forever pushing the boundaries of legality with quasi-legal innovations that almost always stay on the right side of the law. But not always, it seems.
However, if true, defrauding advertisers by claiming your circulation is higher than it is, doesn't strike me as being what The Wall Street Journal was or should be about.
Sic transit gloria mundi. Sometimes it almost seems like everything they touch turns to shit. It might be shiny shit that makes a profit: and because we all seem to live in a culture of coprophiles, it might be shit that folk will defend to the utmost and try to take home and cuddle….but it's still shit.
