Donald Rumsfeld is a member of the Republican Party, a party known for being patriotic and for promoting individual responsibility. It is surely inconceivable that he would tell a lie, especially about so sensitive a subject.
Or have I got that ever-so-slightly wrong?
In fact I'm so sure that none of the Republican party would ever engage in such an action that I'll make a wager with the first person who says otherwise, up to a maximum of ten cents.
