... and well brung-up. GWB is is eternally 'shot' in my pantheon, and even a miracle of good judgement and intelligence on his part would do nothing to bring him above the level of shit-for-brains in my estimation. I'd just think (and do) that either it's a lucky shot, or someone less neuronally challenged has got his hand up the glovepuppet's rear end.
