Now comes the time for all people of goodwill to pull together.
Obama may have won the election, but there are still difficult days to come. Obama's victory speech was exceptionally good at pointing this out.
May good fortune attend him. May wisdom temper his judgement. May he make the right choices for his country, and the world. May he be strong in adversity, steadfast in defense, and statesmanlike in reconciliation.

I think the US may have just made the best and luckiest choice available to them. I pray it is so. Floreat America.

Thank you! I hope he can live up to all that we've placed on him. It's quite a burden he gets to shoulder.

On the plus side, he's proven himself very capable.

We were relieved to turn on the television yesterday to see that he won.

Oh I didn't mention that I'm in London at the moment. Typing this up from an internet cafe in Soho so good luck trying to find me.
