The Monday hangover.

Hmm. Big weekend. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday drinking, carousing and the like.
Still a bit um....let me put it like this: these days, whenever anyone gives me a compliment about how old I look I just tell 'em "In my case, my Dorian Gray portrait isn't in the attic, it's on my inside."

I quote the hangover from 'Lucky Jim' and plead illness, my lords and ladies of the journal. Tomorrow I may be able to focus. The muscles in the eyes might just work.

Going out and partying is expensive in ways beyond money as time goes on yeah. You pay for a day or two after in feeling like shit. Something with alcohol and sugar in the morning helps, then pump water and more water until it goes away.
