I found this on You Tube: I know it sounds ironic now, but in its day it was quite something. Also this has been rather badly edited. Never mind.

The whole early seventies radical vibe was....you had to be there, I suppose: and I was of an age to gaze upon it in awe as the hope for humanity, and wait to grow into my place.
People, be they Black, White, Female, Male, Christian, Buddhist, or Muslim, could (and should) be considered to be equally valued by a cosmopolitan society. Ownership of the means of production wouldn't be in the charge of a couple of hundred dodgy capitalists and an aristocracy all related to each other, and merit would out.

Money is what counts, not merit. So glad I worked that out. Now all I need to do is get some for myself. If absolutely forced to compete, I suppose I could just about summon up the blood, as the phrase is.
