Well, now that the cat's out of the bag I suppose everyone can breathe easier. To really turn the screw on Iran about this we need China on board, and thus far the Chinese are refusing to play ball. Again, diplomacy seems the best means....and often the cheapest. But if worst comes to worst, I suppose we could let the Rottweiler off the leash and give the Israelis some sort of carte blanche: which would set back the whole Middle East peace process by years, and also give the Israelis an advantage in future negotiations, as good attack dogs don't get punished, but rewarded. Certainly a good recipe for ensuring another number of decades of Palestinian oppression.

But anyway, it seems the Iranian leadership are too stupid to see this.

Wouldn't it be nice if countries were run by intelligent leaders? Thank the gods that some leaders are cleverer than their electorate.
