The Brother and his missus are down. Tomorrow we're all going to scatter Dad's ashes and plant a rose tree or somesuch. The spring of the year is the right time for this.

I hope you have the best time possible (and by best, you know what I mean, I hope), and that it all happens as you would wish. Spring is, as you say, a good time for this sort of thing.
