Habeas Corpus, anyone? Rights to representation? There should be some sort of restitution for this. Prison sentences for those promoting this, and compensation for the victims?

Ever been to Chi-Town? Racism is baked in just about everywhere.

Pretty sure of it....however the folk there don't have quite the same detention facility, and have fewer powers of arrest.

It's about racism and the power to do quite a lot about it to the detriment of others.
