It is functionally impossible to state just how stupid some Ohio legislators appear to be.
This certainly belongs in the set of legislation that comedians through the ages will be able to use to poke fun at some politicians. A bit like the famous pi legislation of Indiana in 1897, which never passed. This though is pushed by the anti-abortion caucus in the US; even if impossible it will be supported.
Now all we need for a full house is to tell the Don that he can control the tide. Such bliss.
