Gigged Thursday. Amp blew up halfway through second set....did the direct box thingy....
Saw a man about a dog yesterday; to pick up some exotic smoking materials for the holiday season. Stupidly ate something from a supermarket when I was out. Result.... D & V started at about 2am. Cold sweats while balanced precariously on the loo with bucket on lap whilst alimentary dysfunction wreaks pain in spasms. Stopped at about 11.30 am. Now I have to catch up on sleep, rather than go out socialising with chums, and getting Christmas shopping finished..

Which amp blew up ? The Fender ?

I've had similar problems with the pipeworks. In my case a 'gastro'. What fun. Seems to be calming now.

The little 'Blues Deluxe'. I haven't checked it out yet: after all, it may just be a fuse. I have the 'Blackface Twin' at home at the moment, as TPA is being refurbished, so I'll live.
Gastro is a bit of a pain, m'dear. So bloody tired.
