I think mad folk can vote too; as long as they are not sectioned or hospitalised. I may, however, be wrong in this.

Hmm, there's a slippery slope here.

Disenfranchisement is a very agile concept: where do you draw the line? Felix has an IQ of 150+. Any test you'd set him he'd ace.

well, seeing how we are managing politics in general, i'd say forget voting and just put felix in power. if he makes a mess of it at least he is mad, and he might get lucky and do some good.

you may see i am rather cynical about teh politics.
