Sounds good. Looking forward to it. How do you string and set-up your guitars?
I tend to use 10's on electric for standard tuning, 11's or 12's for dropped tunings. My acoustic is strung with 12's. But I can put 009's on a strat if you'd prefer.
The Helix is still on order. I hope to have it before the end of Jan.
I never go lighter than 010s. I've been playing classical for years now - getting the electric across never proved safe, never found a hardshell for either my superstrat or explorer (admittedly didn't try too hard because poverty means that I'd never be able to get the amp across anyway) - but I think my guitars are strung with 011s now. I never bend more than a tone and the - uh, the tone - uh - is so much nicer with 011s. But I'll be very happy with either!
